Dr. Sun Jing is one of the premier Gynecology experts in Shanghai and the world.  She is world-renown in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult gynecological conditions and minimally invasive gynecological surgeries.  She has particular expertise in treating precancerous lesions, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, uterine cesarean section scar defects, ovarian cysts, uterine septum issues, uterine cavity adhesion, and infertility using single-entry laparoscopy, transvaginal surgical approaches and hysteroscopy.

Education:

Dr. Sun Jing graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. In 1995, she was appointed as a Visiting Physician at Macau General Hospital. In 2000, she went to Osaka Adult Disease Center in Japan for further study.

Background:

Dr. Sun Jing is currently the Director of Reproductive Surgery Department at Shanghai First Maternal and Infant Hospital. She has been engaged in gynecological endoscopic surgery for 26 years and has completed more than 22,000 cases of gynecological endoscopic surgery. Concurrently, Dr. Sun is also a member of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Branch of The Chinese Medical Association, the Vice Chairman of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, the leader of the Group of Gynecology Endoscopy, the Vice President of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, and Vice Chairman of the NOTES Committee of World Association of Chinese Doctor. In 2019, she was awarded the ” Evaluation Physician Award ” by Asia Pacific Association for Gynecological Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Treatment, and was selected into the “Shanghai Leading Talents” Program.
