Dr. Zhang has several areas of specialty including common medical diseases, chronic disease management , and comprehensive geriatric assessment.

Education:

Dr. Zhang received his medical degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in 2010, and was later awarded a medical Master’s degree in 2012 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Dr. Zhang completed his medical training in internal medicine at Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital in 2014, where he treated patients, and developed expertise in managing conditions ranging from Coronary heart disease to Type 2 diabetes.

Background:

Dr. Zhang has over 10 years of clinical experience. Before joining United Family Healthcare Shanghai Service Area, Dr. Zhang served in Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital’s geriatric geratology as a specialist in common medical diseases, chronic disease management, and  comprehensive geriatric assessment. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Zhang is published in medical journals, including the BMC Geriatrics, Clinical Interventions in Aging, International Journal of Digestive Diseases.
