Education Background:

◆ Dr. Ouyang received his Bachelor’s degree in Pediatrics from the Department of Pediatrics at Jiangxi Medical College in 1992

◆ He got his Master’s degree in Pediatrics from the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1999

◆Dr. Ouyang received his Doctor’s degree in pharmacology at St. John’s University in New York City in 2008, and he passed the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) during his stay in America

Working Experience:

◆Dr. Ouyang has nearly 30 years of clinical practice experiences

◆Prior to joining Shanghai United Family Hospital, Dr. Ouyang worked in Shanghai Children’s Medical Center, Shanghai Children’s Hospital, Flushing Pediatric Clinic in New York City, Shanghai Red Leaf Women’s and Children’s Hospital (as Director of the Pediatric Inpatient Department), and he worked in Wellem Medical Group (as CMO of the Pediatric Department in Shanghai). In addition, Dr. Ouyang also worked as an adult general practitioner in Wellem Medical Group (adult physical examination, vaccination, as well as  diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring adult diseases)

Academic Achievement:

◆ Dr. Ouyang has published nearly 10 SCI articles in famous medical journals in China, the United States and Europe. These medical journals include The Chinese Journal of Pediatrics, The Journal of Clinical Pediatrics, The Journal of Biological Chemistry (JBC), Metabolomics, PLoS One, Clinical Cancer Research, European Journal of Neuroscience, etc.

◆ Dr. Ouyang has also served as a specially invited peer reviewer for the Journal of Cancer Research Updates and he has participated in several international medical conferences across the United States
