Dr. Mark MA specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of joint orthopedics and sports injuries such as osteoarthritis, femoral head necrosis, meniscus tear, cruciate ligament injury, frozen shoulder, and rotator cuff tear. Including artificial joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery, with comprehensive experience in minimally invasive artificial joint replacement assisted by digital technology. He is also specialized in foot and ankle diseases.

Education:

Dr. Ma graduated from Tongji University School of Medicine and obtained a doctoral degree in orthopedics in 2014. After graduation, he has been working in Dongfang Hospital until now. Dr Mas was a visiting scholar at the University of Nebraska in the United States. He also has studied joint surgery in Germany, United States, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, as well as Taiwan.

Background:

Dr. Mark MA has more than 20-years work experience. He is the Deputy Chief Physician and Associate Professor of the Joint Surgery Department of Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University. HE published dozens of SCI papers as the first author in Chinese core journals. He is the chief editor of one academic monograph and have participated in the editing and translation of eight. Undertake two provincial and ministerial level projects, one education reform project at Tongji University, and participated in several national level projects. Currently He served as a young member of the Sports Medicine Group of the Orthopedics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Innovation and Transformation Group of the Orthopedics Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, a member of the Minimally Invasive Orthopedics Group of the Shanghai Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
