Dr. Chen specializes in the treatment and diagnosis of illnesses in adult patients.

Education:

Dr. Chen received her medical degree from Shanghai Second Medical University in 1985 and was later awarded a medical Masters’ degree in 1988 from Shanghai Second Medical University. Dr. Chen completed her residency in internal medicine at St Barnabas Hospital (affiliated to Cornell Medical School) in New York in 2000, where she rotated through inpatient and outpatient wards and developed expertise in managing adult patients.

Background:

Dr. Chen has over 20 years of clinical experience. Before joining Shanghai United Family Hospital, Dr. Chen served as an internist in New York Hotel Trades Council at Queens Clinical Center.  Dr. Chen is board certified in internal medicine. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Chen has published in peer-reviewed medical journals, including Blood.
